Are Olive Tree Officiants licensed?
Yes. I am licensed and ordained to perform wedding ceremonies where legal documents must be signed.

I enjoy creating a unique celebration experience for you, your family, and guests. Every ceremony is customized to suit the individualized needs, wishes, and desires for the perfect wedding ceremony.
What do Olive Tree Officiants wear to each wedding?
I will arrive in whatever attire is appropriate to the style of your wedding. The Wedding Planner Form will offer a selection of formal to casual dress. You may select which is most appropriate. You may also request a specific attire. If you request a specific outfit, extra fees may be charged (i.e. tuxedo rental, specialty outfits, etc.).
Why is officiating so much fun?
Officiating is so much fun because I love to meet new and interesting people on one of the most wonderful day of their life.
Do you have a favorite story from your work?
My all-time favorite was a wedding couple who had a unique ring bearer, their pet Germen Shepard. They wanted the wedding rings placed in a beautiful small ring box. The box would be tired to the dog’s collar and of course the dog would walk down the aisle to bring the rings to the groom. This particular wedding took place in a park in a fairly wooded area. As the procession proceeded, all was going well. Then wouldn’t you know it. As Fido approached the half way mark… SQUAREL!!! And off the dog went, rings and all. It took a little time to get the dog back but not no rings were lost and we all had a laugh of relief.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire an Officiant?
Expect highly personal service and creative insight into your special day. Think of me as an old friend who has your best interests in mind, at all times. I am here to support you on your special day and to do whatever we can to make your ceremony memorable.
